Location: Sherman Oaks, CA (Hybrid - in office Wednesdays)
Compensation: $100,000-$200,000 base + monthly and annual bonuses
Billable Target: 1440 hours/year

We're seeking an Associate Attorney (0-7 years of experience) to handle a mix of business and real estate disputes with increasing autonomy. This is an excellent role for someone who thrives in a small firm setting and enjoys both independence and mentorship.
Typical matters include:
Business and partnership disputes
Construction and contractor litigation
Real estate purchase/sale and contract issues
Fraud, debt collection, and breach of contract claims
Negotiations and settlements (plaintiff and defense)
Hybrid Schedule: Work from home most days; in-office Wednesdays for collaboration.

Reasonable Hours: 1440 annual billable target-no weekend work expected.
